Where is my contract data stored?
On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt region). Your data never leaves the EU.
Do I need to migrate my current contracts?
No. You can upload them progressively. Initial onboarding usually takes a week, not months.
Is your e-signature legally binding?
Yes. EUCLM provides simple electronic signatures (SES) under eIDAS: each signed document is sealed with an organisation certificate and a trusted timestamp, and comes with a complete audit trail. Electronic signatures are legally valid and admissible as evidence across the EU (eIDAS Art. 25). Advanced electronic signatures (AES), delivered through a qualified trust-service partner, are on our roadmap and not yet available.
What's the difference between SES, AES and QES signatures?
eIDAS defines three levels: simple (SES), advanced (AES) and qualified (QES) electronic signatures. EUCLM offers SES today, with a trusted timestamp and a complete audit trail; AES via a qualified trust-service provider is on our roadmap. We explain the differences in detail on our blog.
What does "explainable AI" mean here?
Every time the AI extracts a clause or flags a risk, EUCLM surfaces the exact sentence in the source document it came from. No opaque inferences.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Starting 7 days before your trial ends, you'll see a banner in the app and we'll email your organisation admins (at 7 days and 1 day before). After expiry, you get a few days of read-only access, then access is limited until you choose a plan. Nothing is charged automatically and no card is required to start.
Do you have ERP integrations?
We're building connectors for European ERP and CRM systems, along with a REST API and webhooks for custom integrations. These capabilities are on our roadmap. Need a specific integration? Tell us and we'll prioritise it on Enterprise.
Can I export my data and leave whenever I want?
Yes. There's no lock-in and your data is always exportable. You can download your information at any time — we don't hold it hostage to keep you.
