2. Activity and purpose of the Site
EUCLM is a contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform oriented towards the European market, integrating explainable artificial intelligence, compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and electronic signatures in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS). Through the Site, EUCLM provides commercial information about the service, enables account registration, subscription plan purchase, and access to the web application hosted on operational subdomains of the same owner.
The principal activity consists of the development, marketing, and operation of software as a service (SaaS) for the creation, negotiation, signing, storage, and auditing of contracts and associated legal documents.
3. Terms of use of the Site
Access to and use of the Site confers user status and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Cookie Policy, which govern the contractual relationship and the processing of personal data.
